Who we are

Every Child Deserves Truth is a campaign for fairness and transparency in Irish family law. For data protection purposes, the campaign organiser is the data controller. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Publishing stories

We never publish a story automatically. Every submission is reviewed and anonymised before any publication, and only with your explicit consent. You can ask us to remove a published story at any time.

Sharing your data

We use trusted processors to run the campaign (e.g. email delivery, payment processing and hosting). Petition signatures may be presented, in aggregate or as submitted, to relevant public representatives as part of the petition’s stated purpose.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
